We are looking for a motivated Freight Broker to manage freight operations, connect shippers with carriers, negotiate rates, and coordinate shipments across the USA. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation skills, and sales skills.
Preferably looking for someone with an active book of business and good customer reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and develop shipper and carrier relationships.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Book and coordinate shipments.
- Track loads and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements: At least 6 months of experience, valuable communication and negotiation skills.
