Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales and providing exceptional client support. This full time, on-site position in Ahmedabad involves managing client relationships, identifying their needs, recommending technical solutions,



and supporting product implementation. Responsibilities also include conducting technical presentations, generating sales strategies, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales operations
• Technical Support capabilities, including diagnosing and resolving product issues for clients
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial product sector
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and a problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in SAP and CRM tools is an advantage
