Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida Employment Type: Full-time | On-campus We are looking for an experienced, target-oriented Manager – MBA Admissions to drive enrolments, manage student enquiries and strengthen outreach for our MBA programme. Mandatory Experience Only candidates with prior experience in MBA/PGDM admissions at educational institutions, or in higher education admissions through EdTech companies, education aggregators, admission portals or admissions consulting organisations, should apply. Candidates from these organisations must have hands-on experience in student counselling, lead conversion and enrolment generation for MBA/PGDM programmes. General sales experience alone will not qualify.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute admission plans to achieve monthly and annual MBA enrolment targets.
· Manage the complete admission process—from enquiry and counselling to application, fee payment and confirmed enrolment.
· Counsel students and parents about the MBA programme, specialisations, eligibility and career opportunities.
· Manage counsellors and telecallers, reviewing daily follow-ups, campus visits and conversions.
· Ensure timely responses to enquiries and maintain accurate records in the admission CRM.
· Build relationships with undergraduate colleges, education consultants and admission partners.
· Organise outreach visits, counselling sessions,



admission events and campus visits.
· Coordinate with digital marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
· Analyse lost enquiries, identify conversion gaps and take corrective action.
· Submit regular reports on admission performance, source effectiveness and target achievement.
· Coordinate documentation, eligibility verification and student onboarding with relevant departments. Candidate Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in MBA/PGDM admissions.
· Proven record of achieving admission and enrolment targets.
· Robust counselling, communication, negotiation and team management skills.
· Working knowledge of admission CRM systems, lead tracking and reporting.
· An established network of colleges and admission partners will be an advantage.
· Willingness to travel for outreach and admission activities. This is a target-oriented position. Candidates must demonstrate ownership of enrolment outcomes and consistent follow-through.
