Role Description The BIM Technician will support project teams by developing and maintaining accurate Building Information Models for various real estate and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating 3D models, preparing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating building services information across disciplines such as MEP and structural engineering. The role involves collaborating with engineers, architects, and sustainability specialists to ensure models reflect design intent, regulatory requirements, and project standards.



The BIM Technician will assist in clash detection, model documentation, and data management, contributing to effective project delivery and high-quality outputs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating and managing coordinated project models.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and ability to integrate MEP information within BIM environments.
• Experience in preparing and reading construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details for building projects.
• Understanding of building services and structural engineering fundamentals to support multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and basic clash detection processes.
• Diploma or degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering/architecture discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse project teams on-site in Noida.
• Exposure to green building, sustainability, or energy-efficient design projects is an advantage.
