About WE-Build WE-Build (Women Entrepreneurs Build) is designed to scout, nurture and accelerate ambitious women co-founded startups, including student and full-time founders, from non-metro India.

About the role
We are looking for a mission-driven associate to own the end-to-end management and execution of the WE-Build program. You will be the core driver of cohort operations, leading program delivery, coordinating with mentors, managing program resources, and building a vibrant network of co-founded startups across non-metro India.

What you'll do
• Program operations: Manage outreach campaigns, applicant screening, onboarding, scheduling and milestone reviews.
• Program execution: Manage cohort delivery end to end, ensuring teams achieve product milestones, attend technical clinics and access lab resources.
• Community building: Build and nurture an active community of non-metro women co-founded startups.
• Mentors and partners: Coordinate with industry experts, technical mentors, and corporate partners for reviews, feedback sessions and masterclasses.
• Data and reporting:



Maintain cohort trackers, founder profiles, attendance and project progress data. Share updates with internal teams and donors.
• Impact stories: Document founder progress, project demos, key wins and testimonials. What we're looking for
• 2 to 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a startup or entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience managing a project within a startup or entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Genuine passion for women's entrepreneurship and supporting women co-founded startups.
• Strong ownership, reliability, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and good people skills, with confidence to host sessions and represent the program publicly.
• Ability to manage events, workshops, schedules and logistics.
• Willingness to travel across regional college hubs.
• Ability to commit for at least 3 years. Why join us?
