We connect students, professionals, startups, businesses and industry leaders through events, training programmes and collaborations.

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Program Coordinator to support our daily operations, manage membership activities and coordinate events.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle membership enquiries, registrations, onboarding and renewals.
• Maintain membership databases and records.
• Coordinate AI meetups, workshops, webinars, conferences and hackathons.
• Communicate with members, speakers, partners and other stakeholders.
• Manage event registrations, logistics and follow-ups.
• Assist the Executive Director with meetings, scheduling and daily activities.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports and progress updates.




• Coordinate newsletters, WhatsApp updates and basic social media content.
• Follow up with colleges, startups, companies and partner organisations.
• Support general administrative and operational activities. Qualifications & Skills
• Any bachelor's degree.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace and online tools.
• Familiarity with Canva and social media is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, technology and startups.
• Willingness to travel and support events when required. Who Should Apply? We are looking for someone who is:
