- Why does this role exist? CMP is a key function in Sales & Marketing, to ensure Correct planning through System, Orders servicing and associated activities, in close coordination with the Manufacturing units, Accounts/Finance and CAMs. Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
• Supporting in generating Month and weekly business plans.
• Root cause analysis of unmet demand
• Improvement projects for cost and system perks
• Stakeholder alignment for continuous adoption and improvement. Critical Tasks

• Root cause analysis Educational Background and Work Experience
• First class B.




E Degree (Production / Mechanical /Metallurgical/ Industrial Engineering),
• 3-5 years of work experience Competencies
• Desired experience in Steel products/processes (flats/longs/Coated products), SAP knowledge.
• Required Proficient Competency in MS-Office(Excel and Power BI MUST) and learner in copilot. Key Success Factors – Challenges
• Posting requires independent thinking, sometimes without adequate support of Sales and Marketing team and plant teams
• Job profile requires consistent availability.
• Maturity for interaction with senior management team at Plant/Sales.
