Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage academic activities and curriculum planning.
• Supervise faculty, monitor performance, and ensure quality teaching.
• Oversee class schedules, examinations, student projects, and academic assessments.
• Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
• Integrate industry practices and trends into the curriculum.




• Build industry connections and facilitate industry exposure for students.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth academic operations. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Master's degree in Interior Design or a relevant field is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in academics.
• Good industry experience in Interior Design is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and faculty management skills.
• Sound understanding of curriculum development and academic administration.
