Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and supporting payroll and attendance coordination. The Human Resources Executive will implement and monitor HR policies, handle employee queries, and support performance management and appraisal processes. The role also involves facilitating employee engagement initiatives, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.



Collaboration with management and other departments to address workforce needs and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment is a key part of this position. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support strategic initiatives.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR administration, and process coordination.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations to address employee concerns, promote engagement, and foster a respectful workplace.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to implement and communicate them clearly and consistently.
• Candidates should possess additional skills such as strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess prior experience in healthcare or consultancy environments as a plus, along with familiarity with local labor regulations.
