Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner will work in office in Tiruppur in a full-time capacity, supporting business leaders and employees across the store and corporate functions. The role involves implementing HR policies, advising managers on people-related matters, and aligning HR practices with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling grievance and disciplinary processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating performance management and appraisal cycles. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, oversee HR documentation,



and contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives. The role also requires monitoring HR metrics, recommending improvements to HR processes, and acting as a trusted partner to leadership in workforce planning and organizational development. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills to design, implement, and maintain consistent and compliant HR practices.
• Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to manage grievances, foster a positive workplace climate, and support conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess Labor and Employment Law knowledge to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and support risk management.
• Candidates should possess Performance Management skills to coordinate goal setting, appraisals, and development plans that support business outcomes.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in retail or manufacturing environments, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior HR generalist or HR business partner experience, is preferred.
