OMR, Chennai Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with robust experience in Call Centre / BPO recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk and volume hiring, particularly for language-specific requirements. Hindi-speaking proficiency is mandatory, along with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and deliver hiring targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Bulk & Volume Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment for Call Centre executives and customer support roles within defined TAT and hiring targets. 2. Language-Based Recruitment: Drive recruitment for Tamil, Hindi, English, Kannada, Malayalam and other regional language requirements. 3. Campus Recruitment: Coordinate with colleges and placement cells to conduct campus drives and recruit fresh graduates. 4. Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, walk-ins and other recruitment channels. 5. Vendor Management:



Coordinate with recruitment agencies, staffing vendors and consultants to fulfil manpower requirements. 6. Interview Coordination: Conduct initial screening, assess communication skills and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 7. Onboarding: Manage offer rollouts, document collection, joining follow-ups and onboarding coordination. 8. Recruitment MIS: Maintain daily recruitment trackers, pipeline reports, joining reports and hiring TAT. 9. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business and operations teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures. Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably in Call Centre / BPO hiring.
- Strong experience in bulk and volume recruitment.
- Hindi-speaking proficiency is mandatory.
- Knowledge of regional language-based recruitment.
- Good communication, negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver hiring targets within deadlines.
