Role Description The Operations & Client Servicing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end event operations, including vendor management, logistics planning, budgeting support, and on-ground execution to ensure seamless delivery of projects. The position involves managing client communication, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely updates and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. The team member will monitor project timelines, handle documentation, track costs, and support internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.



The role also includes post-event review, reporting, and continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and client experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage relationships and support client needs throughout projects.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Candidates should possess basic Finance and budgeting skills to assist with cost tracking, quotations, and expense management.
• Relevant experience in event management, operations, or account management in an agency or experiential environment.
• Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects.
• Comfort working on-site at events, including occasional extended hours as required by project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is preferred.
