- 13 Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline. Purpose The Lead – IBMS Project Execution will be responsible for end-to-end execution, integration of IBMS systems, testing, commissioning, and handover of the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) for Data Center projects. The role ensures seamless integration of all critical systems including BMS, EPMS, DCIM, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, , and other ELV/ICT infrastructure to achieve reliable, secure, and effective data center operations.



Project Execution & Delivery
• Lead execution of IBMS for Data Center projects from design review through commissioning and handover.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, resource plans, and installation methodologies.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, quality standards, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, MEP teams, OEMs, system integrators, consultants, and client stakeholders. Design & Engineering Coordination System Integration Management Testing & Commissioning Stakeholder Management
