Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Jira Align Administrator with strong expertise in Jira administration, Jira-to-Jira Align integration, Enterprise Insights, Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and configure Jira Align, including Portfolios, Programs, Teams, Roles, People Groups, and access controls.
• Onboard Jira Teams and Programs into Jira Align and configure Jira connectors.
• Manage Jira projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, dashboards, filters, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot Jira-to-Jira Align synchronization issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows integrating Jira, Jira Align, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.
• Support Enterprise Insights reporting and develop reusable SQL queries.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Establish Jira Align governance, configuration standards, and change-management practices.
• Provide production support, data-quality management, documentation, and user training.




• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and platform teams. Required

Skills:
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Robust hands-on experience in Jira Align Administration.
• Expertise in Jira Administration and Jira-to-Jira Align integration.
• Good knowledge of Jira Align hierarchy, Portfolios, Programs, Teams, and connectors.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Enterprise Insights, SQL, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Jira Cloud, Confluence, REST APIs, and access management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred

Skills:
• Experience with Jira Align Solution and Capability layers and Custom Rooms.
• Experience with Zephyr Cloud.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and administration.
