Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing accounting operations, taxation, statutory filings, payments, and receivables. Hands-on experience in Zoho Books is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, expense entries, and journal entries.
• Maintain general ledger and financial records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. 2. GST & TDS Compliance
• Calculate, prepare, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B.
• Calculate TDS on applicable payments.
• Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc., as applicable).
• Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).
• Ensure timely payment of GST and TDS.
• Maintain statutory compliance records and filing acknowledgements. 3. Payments & Receivables
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.




• Track customer outstanding invoices and follow up for payment collections.
• Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
• Monitor payment due dates and maintain ageing reports. 4. Financial Operations
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare periodic financial and outstanding payment reports. Required Skills & Qualifications

Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
• Practical experience in GST and TDS return preparation and filing.
• Good knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
