Role Description The Senior Engineer role at EESL is a full time position based in Nashik with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Senior Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of construction projects, including reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring site activities for quality and safety, resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, preparing technical reports and documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in engineering standards and practices. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in structural and civil engineering design, including the ability to interpret and develop technical drawings and specifications.
