Full-time, Work from Office ?️ Languages: English & Malayalam (mandatory) Job Summary HealtherSpace is an online wellness platform offering diastasis recti recovery, weight loss, personalised diet plans and live workout sessions, with members across the world. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, turn enquiries into enrolled members and build a high-performing, target-driven sales culture. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Set individual and team targets, and track performance daily
• Coach team members through call reviews, role-plays and regular feedback Sales & Conversion
• Manage the full sales funnel, from leads (ads, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, calls) to enrolment
• Handle high-value or difficult conversations and close deals personally when needed
• Build and refine sales scripts, follow-up processes and objection-handling guides Growth & Reporting
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion




• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and share weekly sales reports with management
• Identify new opportunities such as upsells, renewals, referrals and corporate wellness tie-ups Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of sales experience, including some experience leading or mentoring a team
• Proven track record of meeting or beating sales targets
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide and hold a team accountable
• Fluency in Malayalam and English, with strong communication and persuasion skills
• Organised, data-minded and familiar with CRMs and reporting Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a health, wellness or fitness-related field
• Experience in healthcare, edtech or subscription sales
• Candidates based in Kerala are preferred
