Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to develop and manage channel partner networks, generate qualified leads, coordinate site visits, and drive sales through strong broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong Channel Partner (CP) relationships.
• Activate new brokers and expand the CP network.
• Generate leads and coordinate client site visits.
• Conduct CP meetings, project presentations,



and broker activities.
• Achieve monthly site visit and sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and CRM updates.

Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of real estate sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong CP network in Pune and PCMC.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with strong market knowledge.
• Experience in commercial real estate will be an added advantage.
