MNH PVC Panels manufactures and supplies modern interior and exterior solutions: PVC wall panels, UV sheets, WPC louvers, charcoal louvers, fluted panels and soffit panels. We’re known for quality products, competitive pricing and on-time delivery, and we’re now expanding our presence across South and East India. What You’ll Do
• Own sales and revenue growth for your assigned area
• Find, appoint and develop dealers, distributors and retailers to build a strong channel network
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and builders to get our products specified on projects
• Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Drive secondary sales through regular dealer visits, schemes, product displays and promotions
• Track market trends, competitor pricing and new opportunities in your territory
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination and payment collection
• Share regular sales reports and market insights with management What We’re Looking For
• 3–4 years of sales experience in Home Décor products such as PVC Panels,
Laminates, Plywood, Veneers, Louvers or similar
• An existing network of dealers, distributors, architects or contractors in your location
• Proven record of meeting targets and growing channel sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in the local language plus Hindi/English
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
