Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily property operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other on-ground teams
• Monitor service quality and ensure high operational standards
• Handle team scheduling, training, and performance
• Resolve operational issues and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as required
• Track inventory, supplies, and other operational requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in facility management and housekeeping operations
• Robust team management and operational skills
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, or similar industries is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple properties or teams is an added advantage ?
