• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
• Follow-up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare reports such as GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory reports as required.




• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.
• Manage stock Inventory Key requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.
Com, M.
Com, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally and Zoho Books,).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance.
• Positive analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines
