Job Description
Pyramids Properties is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations across our real estate projects in South Pune.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
• Drive sales activities, client conversions and site visits.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Coordinate with the closing, pre-sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines and daily MIS reports.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Ensure achievement of project-wise sales targets. Requirements




• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Experience working with a real estate developer firm or mandate firm preferred.
• Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
• Strong knowledge of property sales, client handling and deal closures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
• Candidates with experience in Pune's real estate market will be preferred. Compensation & Perks
