Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Pune. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs that reflect Kaarii’s brand across digital and print touchpoints, including marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and packaging. Responsibilities include creating and refining logos and brand elements, designing layouts with a strong focus on typography, and producing graphics that support product launches and campaigns. The role involves collaborating closely with product, marketing,



and interior design teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling and alignment with Kaarii’s design language, as well as preparing production-ready files and maintaining an organized asset library. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, compelling visual outputs.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Typography, layout design, and composition to create polished, readable, and aesthetically consistent materials.
• Skilled in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating work in product, lifestyle, or interior-related design projects and brand-focused assignments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on-site studio environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in furniture, interiors, and contemporary design trends, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
