Role Description The Information Technology Intern will support the day-to-day technical operations that keep Dailymattr’s digital platforms secure, reliable, and accessible. This full-time remote role involves assisting with network administration tasks, monitoring system performance, and identifying and resolving basic technical issues. The intern will help maintain network security configurations, support end users with troubleshooting requests, and document common problems and solutions. Working closely with the IT team,



the intern will learn best practices in information technology management while contributing to smooth internal operations and a consistent user experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Information Technology and a solid interest in digital platforms and online services.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and basic Network Security to help maintain and protect systems.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide clear, patient support to internal users and stakeholders.
• Candidates should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Familiarity with operating systems, productivity tools, and remote collaboration platforms is beneficial.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree, diploma, or certification program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
