• Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Project Management. Work Experience
• Degree Holder: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma Holder: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience must be in Safety Management for cross-country pipeline construction projects (Hydrocarbon Pipelines), including associated station piping works. Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements and project-specific HSE guidelines.




• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
• Monitor safety activities during pipeline laying, welding, trenching, excavation, lowering, backfilling and station piping works.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety awareness sessions and induction training for employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment procedures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and contractors to maintain a safe working workplace.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports and other HSE documentation. Required Skills & Competencies
• Good knowledge of pipeline construction safety practices.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of Permit to Work, Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates having relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon Cross-Country Pipeline Construction and associated station piping projects will be preferred. •
