Role Description The Brand Video Creator is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for producing compelling video content that strengthens the brands of educators and creators using Creators Mind™. Daily tasks include planning video concepts, scripting or storyboarding, capturing footage in studio or on location, and collaborating with the marketing and content teams to align videos with campaign goals. The role involves editing videos for multiple platforms, adding graphics and sound, and optimizing content for social media and digital channels.



The Brand Video Creator works closely with educators to translate their teaching and brand messages into engaging multimedia experiences that support audience growth and learner engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia to plan, shoot, and manage end-to-end video projects.
• Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing and Video Post-Production skills to refine footage, adjust audio and color, and prepare platform-ready content.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics capabilities to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations that enhance brand storytelling.
• Experience creating brand-focused video content for digital and social media platforms, preferably in education, training, or content creation domains.
• Proficiency with industry-standard video and graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and educators.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
