Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand. This position is responsible for generating and managing sales leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The specialist develops and executes marketing activities, such as promotional campaigns, local outreach, and product presentations, to increase brand awareness and drive footfall. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. The role also involves maintaining sales records, preparing basic reports for management, coordinating with internal teams on stock and pricing,



and participating in training or meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and internal teams.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support sales targets.
• Experience in Training, including the ability to share product knowledge and support skill development within the team.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, including retail or trade marketing, promotions, and brand positioning.
• Comfort working in an on-site retail or export environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets) for tracking sales and preparing simple reports.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or export-related roles is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
