Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management System (QMS)
• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Prepare and update Quality Manuals, SOPs, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Process Flow Charts.
• Establish Quality Control Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality KPIs.
• Monitor quality performance and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 2. Product Quality Assurance
• Prepare Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
• Define incoming, in-process, and final inspection standards.
• Ensure traceability of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor quality across fabrication processes including: Welding, Laser Cutting, Bending, Punching, Assembly, Hot Dip Galvanizing
• Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. 3. Export Quality Documentation Prepare, review, and maintain:
• Material Test Certificates (MTC 3.1), Certificate of Conformity (COC), Warranty Certificates
• Quality Dossiers
• Reports of Inspection, Galvanizing, Coating Thickness, NCR, First Article Inspection (FAI)
• Documentation related to PPAP, Welding, etc.
• Deviation Requests
• Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) 4. Certifications & Compliance Manage and maintain:
• ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
• ISO 3834 Welding Certification
• EN 1090
• CE Marking
• Factory Production Control (FPC)
• WPQR / WPS / PQR Documentation
• Customer-specific compliance requirements 5. Customer Quality Management
• Act as the primary quality representative for domestic and international customers.
• Review technical specifications and quality requirements.




• Attend customer audits, quality reviews, and compliance meetings.
• Handle customer complaints and corrective action responses.
• Prepare quality presentations, reports, and compliance documentation. 6. Audit Management Lead and coordinate:
• Internal Audits
• Customer Audits
• Certification Audits
• Supplier Audits Responsibilities include:
• Audit planning and preparation
• Documentation review
• Audit execution
• NCR closure and compliance monitoring 7. Supplier Quality Assurance
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
• Verify material certifications and compliance documents.
• Manage supplier corrective actions and quality improvements. 8. Team Leadership
• Lead Quality Engineers, QA Officers, and QC Inspectors.
• Develop team competencies through training and mentoring.
• Establish inspection standards and acceptance criteria.
• Foster a culture of quality excellence and accountability. 9. Continuous Improvement
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead Quality Cost Reduction Projects.
• Implement 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and CAPA methodologies.
• Improve process capability and operational efficiency. Qualification &

Experience:
• B.
E./B.
Tech/Diploma (Mechanical / Metallurgical /Production) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably in solar structure and automotive components manufacturing
• Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification in ISO and IATF preferred.
• Certification in Quality Management Systems, Core Quality Tools, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
