Role Description: This is a full-time in-office Graphic Designer role. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, ads, landing page visuals, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include conceptualizing and designing graphics, refining layouts, selecting typography, and collaborating with marketers and copywriters to support A/B testing initiatives and digital sales funnels. The role also involves adapting existing designs for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints,



and delivering production-ready files on deadline. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital marketing materials.
• Ability to develop and refine visual identities through Logo Design and Branding.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to create clear, readable, and engaging designs.
• Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how design supports A/B testing and conversion-focused funnels.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Skills Required:
• Positive command of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW (CDR) and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create designs for digital advertising and social media.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
