Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The person in this role will engage directly with walk-in and online customers, understand their printing, digital, and promotional requirements, and recommend suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, preparing quotations, closing sales, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.



The Sales Associate will maintain records of leads and orders, follow up with clients for repeat business, and support basic promotional activities to increase local awareness of GBH’s services. This role also involves handling customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented workplace. Qualifications
• Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and close deals ethically and effectively.
• Basic digital literacy, with comfort using WhatsApp, social media platforms, and office productivity tools for communication and record-keeping.
• Strong communication skills in clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages (such as Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders, follow up on leads, and coordinate with design and printing teams.
• Interest or experience in printing, design, marketing, or promotional services is beneficial, even at an entry level.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, be punctual for on-site duties in Hyderabad, and collaborate effectively in a small, service-focused team.
• Minimum educational qualification of higher secondary (12th standard) or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
