Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Officer role based in West Bengal, India. The Production Officer will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, optimizing resource utilization, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves maintaining production records, analyzing process performance, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste. The Production Officer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training,



compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with ACC’s operational excellence goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills, including process monitoring, adherence to standards, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills to support skill development, safety awareness, and procedural compliance among production team members.
• Candidates should possess Manufacturing and industrial operations skills, with experience in production planning, process optimization, and equipment handling.
• Candidates should possess Research and analytical skills to evaluate production data, identify improvement opportunities, and support innovation in processes and products.
• Relevant experience in the building materials or related industrial sectors; exposure to large-scale plants is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work in teams, and readiness to work in rotating shifts if required.
