About the role
We're hiring a Business Development to help us bring in the right clients. You'll find brands that need what we do, start conversations with founders and marketing heads, and help turn those conversations into long-term partnerships.

What you'll do
• Research and build lead lists of brands that fit our ideal client profile
• Reach out through LinkedIn, email, calls and referrals, and book discovery meetings
• Understand a prospect's business and marketing gaps, and work with our strategy team to shape the pitch
• Prepare proposals and pitch decks, and follow up until there's a clear yes or no
• Keep the CRM and sales pipeline updated and accurate




• Represent The Click Oven at networking events and industry meetups
• Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and closures What we're looking for
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally selling agency or marketing services
• A working understanding of digital marketing services (social media, branding, performance marketing, websites) so you can hold a real conversation with a client
• Confident communication and the ability to present to founders and decision-makers
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho or similar
• Self-motivated, comfortable with targets, and not put off by hearing no Valuable to have
• An existing network among D2C brands, startups or SMEs in Bangalore
• Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools Why join us
