JOB TITLE : MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER – SOURCING (FABRIC) KEY RESPONSIBILITY •Lead the bulk team across Knits, Wovens and Denims; set priorities and review weekly. •Convert the order book into fabric requirements and release POs on time. •Drive mill delivery against cut dates; escalate and resolve delays early. •Negotiate bulk price, MOQ and lead time across all suppliers across globe. •Manage fabric quality issues and claims with QA and suppliers. •Track fabric liability, excess and leftover stock; drive reuse and liquidation. •Report fabric OTD, cost and risk to the DGM and production planning. •Payment and Reconciliation with the suppliers. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE •Bachelors in Textile Technology / Engineering; MBA preferred •10–15 years in fabric sourcing for apparel export, with 3+ years leading a team. •Expertise in Sportswear preferred. •Exposure to Import suppliers.



•Should have experience in handling large-scale business operations. •Must possess sound knowledge of both synthetic and natural fibres.
