Role Description The Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sirohi. The role typically involves handling day-to-day insurance operations such as policy processing, documentation, and data entry in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may include supporting sales and customer service teams, responding to customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The position may also require maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports or MIS,



and contributing to process improvements. The individual is expected to adhere to company policies, meet assigned targets or service levels, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient and reliable service. Qualifications
• Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Should possess basic analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to handle insurance data, documentation, and operational tasks.
• Should possess good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple assignments, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
• Should possess computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with internal systems or insurance software.
• Relevant experience in general insurance, banking, or financial services operations will be beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in commerce, finance, or business administration will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Sirohi, demonstrate reliability, and maintain high standards of integrity and customer focus.
