Bangalore-Hybrid Employment Type: Full time Immediate/Early Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Senior Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP SCV2/ESM, case management, workflow configuration, application support, troubleshooting, and development coordination. The candidate should be capable of configuring service management processes, resolving application issues, supporting enhancements, and working with technical and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain case management processes, including case creation, categorization, prioritization, assignment, escalation, and closure.
• Configure case types, service requests, workflows, business rules, queues, notifications, and assignment logic.
• Support application troubleshooting, incident management, defect resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Work with developers on enhancements, functional specifications, change requests, and defect fixes.
• Support integrations between SAP SCV2/ESM and SAP or non-SAP applications.
• Troubleshoot API, data mapping, authentication, and synchronization issues.
• Prepare and execute functional test cases and support SIT, UAT, and regression testing.




• Support release management, deployment validation, and post-production monitoring.
• Maintain functional documentation, RCA reports, test records, and knowledge articles. Mandatory Skills
• 7–10 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and/or SAP Service Cloud Version 2 (SCV2).
• Strong knowledge of case management and service request lifecycles.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, queues, forms, notifications, and assignment logic.
• Experience in application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with development teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data mapping, and functional testing.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, and release validation. Good-to-Have Skills
• SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
• Exposure to SAP Integration Suite and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes and ticketing tools.
• Experience in SCV2 implementation or upgrade projects.
