Job Brief

Sourav Sir Classes is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, explaining available courses, handling admission enquiries, and converting prospective students into admissions.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

Area of Work

- Student counselling and academic guidance.
- Handling incoming calls, walk-in enquiries, and online leads.
- Explaining courses, batches, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Understanding students' academic requirements and recommending suitable courses.
- Following up with interested students and parents.
- Converting enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintaining student enquiry records and follow-up databases.
- Coordinating with the academic and marketing teams.
- Supporting admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing students and parents.

Scope of Work

- Manage the complete student enquiry-to-admission process.




- Generate admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Provide accurate information about courses and academic programmes.
- Ensure a positive experience for students and parents.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Contribute towards the overall growth and brand development of Sourav Sir Classes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Experience in education, coaching institutes, or sales will be an advantage.
