Job Description

The Patient Services Executive is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing documents and communications received from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies.

Roles & Responsibilities

The role involves handling patient account updates, insurance-related correspondence, discount requests, complaints, payment and denial information, and other patient-related inquiries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.

Handle and update bankruptcy and deceased patient information in accordance with established procedures. Review and process requests related to financial assistance, discounts, and payment arrangements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Willing to work in a hybrid mode (Work From Home and Work From Office).
- Flexible to work additional hours as required.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency are essential





Educational Qualification

Any Graduate

Candidates with an English-medium academic background will be preferred.
