Job Title: Tour Packages Executive – Domestic & International Operations

We are looking for an experienced Tour Packages Executive who can independently handle domestic and international tour packages, from client enquiry and itinerary planning to booking confirmation and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international tour enquiries from social media, online platforms, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized travel itineraries.
- Have good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, sightseeing, hotels, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare tour package costing, quotations, and customized proposals.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors for rates and bookings.
- Negotiate with vendors to get competitive rates and maintain profitability.
- Follow up with clients, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and ensure timely payments.
- Handle invoicing, billing, booking confirmations, and post-booking coordination.

Required Skills





- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Domestic & International Tour Packages.
- Must have practical experience in itinerary planning and package costing.
- Good knowledge of popular domestic and international tourist destinations.
- Experience in hotel reservations, cab arrangements, sightseeing, and vendor coordination.
- Strong client-handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage enquiries from start to finish.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
