We are looking for highly experienced and professional South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Tandoor chefs to join our hospitality team in Bangalore, Nagarbhavi. Restaurant name Brahmashree Vaibhava. Candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant culinary experience and should have worked in hotels and restaurants only.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare authentic, high-quality South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and Tandoor dishes according to the assigned position. Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion standards. Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, workstations, and storage areas. Ensure proper preparation, cooking, plating, and timely service during operating hours. Monitor ingredient quality,



storage, and usage to minimise food wastage. Coordinate professionally with kitchen team members and management. Follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and instructions provided by management. Maintain discipline and professionalism throughout duty hours, including during busy service periods.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of professional culinary experience. Previous employment experience in hotels and restaurants only is mandatory. Strong knowledge and expertise in the respective cuisine. Excellent personal hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and qualified appearance. Must be punctual, disciplined, responsible, and a strong team player. Should maintain professional conduct and a positive attitude throughout working hours. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
