We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive & a Tender Manager with strong hands-on exposure to the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, documentation, coordination, and timely submission of bids across government and private platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and analyze tenders on GeM portal, e-procurement portals, and other tender platforms
- Handle end-to-end tendering process including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, legal, etc.) for required inputs
- Track tender status, clarifications, amendments, and results
- Maintain tender records, reports, and MIS




- Handle post-tender activities such as order processing and compliance documentation

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in GeM for handling Tenders.
- Strong working experience on GeM portal is mandatory
- Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures
- Good understanding of bid documentation and compliance requirements
- Robust coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling multiple tenders simultaneously
- Ability to work under strict timelines
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
