Branch Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Branch Sales Manager to handle office-based sales, personally manage walk-in customers and sales calls, and lead the Tele sales Team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage branch sales activities and achieve sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers, enquiries, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the Telesales Team and its performance.
- Track leads, conversions, sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal departments.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience in sales, branch/showroom sales or telesales management preferred.




- Excellent communication, negotiation and team leadership skills.
- Target-driven, proactive and confident in customer handling.
- Fluent Hindi is mandatory. Candidates must be able to speak Hindi fluently.
- Experience in building materials, roofing, tiles, sanitaryware, hardware or related industries is preferred.
