Job Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for residential high-rise and multi-storey projects.
- Analyse architectural, structural, and finishing drawings to calculate material quantities.
- Prepare rate analysis, budget estimates, tender documents, and project cost comparisons.
- Estimate costs for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and other civil finishing works.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams for costing and budgeting.
- Prepare client quotations, tender submissions, and variation claims.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of civil estimation, costing, BOQ preparation,



and quantity surveying.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; estimation software knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and subcontractor costing.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Candidate Requirements

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil estimation and costing.
- Residential high-rise construction experience candidate preferred.
- Ability to independently prepare estimates from drawings and specifications.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
