Job Summary:

Lead and manage the Charge Entry, Prebilling Audit, and Charge Rejection teams to ensure accurate billing, timely claim submission, reduced rejections, and compliance with client and payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily charge entry and prebilling audit activities.
- Monitor and resolve charge rejections and billing errors.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and turnaround time targets are met.
- Analyze rejection trends and implement corrective actions.
- Train, coach, and support team members.
- Prepare operational reports and track team performance.
- Collaborate with coding, billing, and client teams to improve revenue cycle outcomes.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Operations.
- 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of Charge Entry, Prebilling Audit, and Rejection Management.
- Positive analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
