Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service Associate to join our resort team. You will deliver warm, prompt, and high-quality dining experiences to our guests across our restaurants, banquets, and room service.
Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Table Management: Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to resort service standards.
- Order Delivery: Serve food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally.
- Guest Satisfaction: Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and quickly address any requests or complaints.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Hygiene & Safety:



Maintain high standards of personal grooming, cleanliness, and food safety compliance on the floor.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (HM) or equivalent experience preferred. Freshers with a excellent attitude are welcome.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an F&B; service role within a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric and polite demeanor.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
