We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills, a proven sales track record, and a proactive approach to pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and pitch company products/services to prospective corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement localized business growth plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, upselling, and retention.
- Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare custom proposals, presentations, and quotations; negotiate commercial terms to successfully close deals.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Reporting: Document sales activity, deal statuses, and forecasts within the CRM system.

Requirements & Benefits

- 1-3 Years Experience Preferred.
- Salary + slab incentive.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
