​Role Overview:

​Hum apni growing team ke liye ek energetic aur confident Telecaller / Customer Support Executive ki talash kar rahe hain. Is role me aapko incoming/outgoing leads ko handle karna, customers ko hamari services ke baare me batana aur service bookings schedule karke technicians ke sath coordinate karna hoga.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Lead Handling & Calling: Incoming inquiries (Calls & WhatsApp leads) ko timely attend karna aur prospective customers ko services ki jankari dena.
- ​Booking Coordination: Customers ki requirement ke hisab se service book karna aur Lucknow me hamare field technicians ko task assign/dispatch karna.
- ​Customer Follow-ups: Service feedback lena, follow-up calls karna aur customer satisfaction ensure karna.
- ​Data Management: Daily calls, bookings,



aur customer queries ka basic record maintain karna.
- ​Query Resolution: Customers ke sawaalon aur issues ko politely aur professionally solve karna.

​Candidate Requirements (Aapme kya hona chahiye):

- ​Communication Skills: Hindi me acchi aur clear speaking/convincing skills (English ki basic jankari plus point hai).
- ​Experience: Telecalling, customer support ya sales me 6 mahine se 1 saal ka anubhav (Freshers with confident communication bhi apply kar sakte hain).
- ​Technical Knowledge: Smartphone, WhatsApp Business, aur basic computer/calling applications ka use karne ki samajh.
- ​Attitude: Problem-solving mindset, positive attitude aur customer-centric approach.
