- Experience Required: 1–3 years
- Industry: Hotel/Hospitality
- Experience Mandate: Previous experience in hotel sales, front office, reservations, F&B;, or hospitality operations is mandatory. Identify and approach potential clients, companies, travel agencies, and corporate customers.
- Promote hotel rooms, conference halls, banquets, restaurants, and other facilities.
- Generate current business through cold calling, email, meetings, and networking.
- Maintain good relationships with existing corporate and individual clients.
- Handle corporate bookings, group bookings, meetings, conferences, weddings, and events.
- Conduct hotel site visits and explain facilities, packages, and pricing to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate rates and packages with clients while maintaining hotel profitability.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Banquets, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service.
- Attend business meetings, exhibitions, trade shows,



and networking events to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, bookings, and sales activities.
- Monitor competitor hotels, market trends, and pricing.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve sales-related complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager or General Manager.
- Ensure timely payment and follow up on outstanding corporate accounts.
