Safety Supervisor/Officer – Pre Engineered Buildings

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Monitor work at height, PEB erection, roofing, sheeting, lifting, welding and gas cutting activities.
- Check safety of Crane/Hydra, lifting tools, scaffolding and other equipment.
- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety briefings.
- Maintain safety checklists, inspection reports and other safety records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, barricading, fire safety and emergency arrangements.
- Report and follow up on unsafe acts, incidents and near misses.
- Coordinate with site engineers,



workers and subcontractors to maintain safe working conditions.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structure / Industrial Construction.
- Practical knowledge of Work at Height, PPE, Lifting, Scaffolding, Fire & Electrical Safety.
- Valuable communication and worker-handling skills.
- Safety qualification/certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or Diploma in Safety will be preferred.
- Hindi required; Gujarati/English will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: As per experience and interview

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
