Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Kurla – Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | General Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a business developement executive with good English communication skills to handle client calls, follow-ups, and maintain customer records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to clients.

- Convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with clients and maintain valuable relationships.





- Answer basic queries and coordinate with internal teams.

- Maintain call records and client details in MS Excel.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred).

- Minimum 1.5 years of telecalling/BPO experience.

- Good spoken English is a must.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Hindi and Marathi are an advantage.

- Candidates based in Mumbai, preferably the Eastern Suburbs, are preferred.

Salary

As per experience and depend on previous salary.
