Job Description & Candidate Requirements

Job Profile

As a Picker & Packer at Blinkit, you will be responsible for picking products from store shelves according to customer orders, verifying product accuracy, and packing items safely and neatly for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick the correct products according to customer orders using a handheld system or order list.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage.
- Verify product names, quantities, and order details before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Follow store procedures, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
- Work with team members to achieve daily targets and meet order timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Age: 18–30 years.
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and product labels.
- Active, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts when scheduled.
- Valuable attention to detail, punctuality,



and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable standing, moving, and handling products throughout the shift.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 (excluding PF and ESI deductions, as applicable).
- PF and ESI benefits.
- Yearly promotion opportunities.
- Quarterly bonus of up to ₹10,000, subject to eligibility and performance criteria.
- Overtime (OT) bonus, as applicable.
- Attendance bonus, as applicable.
- Night shift allowance, as applicable.
